1. Quality and Field
   We accept manuscripts in scientific, literary, cultural, and intellectual fields. Manuscripts must be original and previously unpublished in any media or book.
2. Manuscript Format
   Manuscripts must be submitted in electronic format (Word or PDF).
   The font should be clear, size 12, using standard Arabic fonts like “Traditional Arabic” or “Times New Roman” for manuscripts in foreign languages.
3. Formatting
   The manuscript should be formatted professionally, with clear divisions for chapters or sections.
   A table of contents at the beginning of the manuscript is preferred, with pages numbered correctly.
4. Summary and Biography
   The attached file must include a comprehensive summary of the manuscript (no more than 300 words) outlining the main idea and objectives.
   The author’s biography should include a brief overview of previous works, if applicable.
5. Copyright
   The manuscript must be free from any violation of copyright or infringement on the works of others, religions, ethnicities, or countries.
   If any references or quotes are used, they must be properly documented according to academic or literary standards.
6. Word Count or Pages
   Manuscripts should range between 10,000 words with no upper limit.
   Children’s literature manuscripts should range from 7,000 words with no upper limit.
7. Language
   Manuscripts may be submitted in any language.
   The language must be free from spelling and grammatical errors.
8. Review and Evaluation
   After receiving the manuscript, it will be reviewed by a specialized evaluation committee in the relevant field.
   The author will be notified of the acceptance or rejection decision within 60 days of receipt.
9. Financial Rights
   The author must commit copyright to the institution or publisher that will publish the manuscript.
   Balansia will cover the costs of printing and publishing the works.
   Financial agreements will be determined after the manuscript is approved for publication.
10. Revisions and Updates
    If revisions are needed after acceptance, the editors will contact the author to discuss the necessary changes.
